One identifier per line. We’ll resolve it and return a GB/T 7714—2015 reference. Nothing is stored.

Resolving an identifier confirms the paper exists - it does not confirm the citations in your bibliography point to the right papers. The dominant AI-fabrication pattern is a real, resolvable DOI paired with an invented title. Audit your whole reference list for fabricated citations before you submit.
Each resolved identifier produces a numbered reference in the 顺序编码制 (numeric) form. The document type code — [J] for a journal article, [M] for a book, [J/OL] for an online journal article — is inferred from the resolved metadata.

Note the GB/T 7714 conventions: author surnames in capitals with initials, the first three authors followed by 等(or et al. in the English locale), the [J/OL] type code, and the trailing DOI.
GB/T 7714 (信息与文献 参考文献著录规则) is the national bibliographic standard of the People’s Republic of China, maintained by the Standardization Administration of China. Nearly all Chinese universities require it for theses and dissertations, and most Chinese journals require it for submissions. The 2015 edition is the one in near-universal use; a 2025 revision has been published and is rolling out.
The standard defines two citation systems: 顺序编码制 (numeric — references numbered in citation order) and 著者-出版年制 (author-date). It also prescribes document type codes appended to titles, such as [J] journal article, [M] monograph/book, [D] thesis, [C] conference proceedings, and the /OL suffix for online sources.
GB/T 7714 appends a bracketed type code to every title, with an /OL suffix when the source was consulted online. This tool infers the code from the resolved metadata. The main codes:
| Code | 类型 | Document type |
|---|---|---|
gbt7714 package on CTAN implements the standard for BibTeX (\bibliographystyle gbt7714-numerical or gbt7714-author-year); biblatex users can use biblatex-gb7714-2015. Pair either with our DOI to BibTeX converter to build the .bib file. This page generates GB/T 7714—2015 numeric. The public API accepts the short alias gb7714 as well as the full CSL ids for every variant:

See the API documentation.
GB/T 7714 is China's national standard for bibliographic references (信息与文献 参考文献著录规则), required by most Chinese universities and journals. The current widely required edition is GB/T 7714—2015; a 2025 revision has been published and both are available in the CSL style repository. This tool formats references in the GB/T 7714—2015 numeric style.
The tool uses GB/T 7714—2015 (numeric), the edition most journals and graduate schools still require. The API also supports the 2025 revision and the author-date and note variants: pass the full style id, e.g. china-national-standard-gb-t-7714-2025-numeric.
The numeric variant (顺序编码制) cites sources as bracketed numbers in citation order — [1], [2] — and is the common choice for science and engineering. The author-date variant (著者-出版年制) cites as (Author, Year). This tool generates the numeric form; the author-date form is available via the API with style china-national-standard-gb-t-7714-2015-author-date.
GB/T 7714 declares Chinese (zh-CN) as its default locale, so after the first three authors the remainder are abbreviated as "等". This tool renders with the Chinese locale by default, which is what Chinese journals and thesis templates expect. Switch the toggle to English to get "et al." and English date terms instead.
